Oliver D. Widmer, VICE CHAIRMAN
Oliver Widmer is a partner at Pestalozzi Attorneys at Law in Zurich. He sits on the board of several asset managers and primarily advises domestic and international banks, asset managers and other financial institutions on legal and regulatory banking, finance and capital markets matters.
Oliver Widmer graduated from the University of Zurich (lic. iur.) and the London School of Economics and Political Science (M.Sc., Law and Accounting). He is admitted to the bar in Switzerland and as a solicitor (not practising) of England and Wales, is an authorised issuer’s representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange and is recognised as a trust and estate practitioner (TEP) by STEP.
